Absolutely love it here! The food the atmosphere the people are awesome! Dr who episodes on TVs! Fans can bring their drawings and Dr who stuff to keep in the store too! They change management a bit but they just keep making it better! Love the Rose Tyler wrap!

This is a 5+ STAR gem in downtown Elgin. The food is real, and very good. The restaurant has a "Dr Who" theme and is very cool. Here are my ratings. 1. Price, 5 Star. Quantity of quality food, in relation to BIG name fast food places. 2. Quality of food, 5 Star. The BLT sandwich hands down might be the best I have ever had. Real bacon, bread and related. 3. Staff, 5 Star. The staff on hand were very courteous and take the time to here your order. 4. Dining experience, 5 Star. The sandwich took only about 5 minutes to have ready. The dinning area is well planned out, and very nice and clean. The Dr Who theme throughout is amazing. 5. Drinks, 5 Star. I only had the coffee, buts it's amazing. Sorry BIG brand coffee shops, Blue Box tops it out all day, any day. They do sell cold pop in cans, if desired. 6. Conclusion! For a small sandwich and coffee shop in Elgin Illinois, this place is a real gem. I RATE 5 STAR PLUS.

Amazing place with great vegetarian options. I highly recommend the Caprese, even for non veggie lovers, probably one of my favorite sandwiches in the area right now. Staff is extra kind and accommodating, they were mindful of cross contamination with non vegetarian food even though it slipped our mind that everything would be on the same grill and let us know. Good atmosphere and clean place. Definitely the kind of place you make a regular for lunch. Find parking around the blocks and take a short walk.

This place was made for Whovians. From the themed drinks to the decor this is a nice spot to visit. I had a hot Last Cinnturion minus the cinn(amon). I really enjoyed it. My daughter got a iced version and she liked it. I will visit again when I'm in the area and recommend you do the same.

2025: Still doing great, sandwiches are yummy, teas and soups. Only a few times they forgot my bacon in my grilled cheese, I like how you can build your own! SO good. 2016: Yummy place. The coffee's are so good, I just wish you opened earlier. The sandwiches and the salads are good. The tortilla soup is amazing. Definitely try the Gobbler. I am not a fan of Dr.Who btw, I think that's what this is based off? I just love the place, very hip and cool. Good food and nice staff. The blue door is super cool. I know it's something with the Dr.Who theme, but I like it.
